We all love vacations and they are important too for enhancement of employee’s productivity to take a break from their hectic task and had moments of personal leisure. But what’s bothersome in this regard the after vacation situation at work. Having successful career in Pakistan, I shared the same anxiety of coming back to office from vacation bliss.
If you ever suffered from same fear here are few suggestions to get a least hassled post vacation morning.
On my first working morning at **marketing job**
, after a wonderful time of exhilaration, I tried to wake up a little earlier and make it to office before time. This gave me ease to catch up on things that I misses in my absence. It gives you a little time out to get in to the working mode before all the coworkers came in.
Secondly In the first hour try to make a “to do list” for your tasks, it will not only make you more organized but it affects overall productivity too.
It’s good to have a slow start initially as work proceed so start with email section. Reply to the urgent one and reorganize your inbox once again. While doing all these stuff, don’t forget to catch up with your manager or the person you report directly to get a feedback on developments happened in your absence.
