LinkedIn is growing platform for recruiters and employees to interact . it provide valuable access to employees to meet shinning recruiters around the globe. LinkedIn recommendation is one of my favorite feature. for many times when recruiters ask me to give them my past references, i direct them to my LinkedIn profile. however, majority referrals were voluntarily provided as i feel reluctant to ask for LinkedIn recommendations myself . can anyone here suggest me the best way to ask for LinkedIn recommendations which doesn't sound like begging but serves the interest of a glowing recommendation on profile.
