**Career in Media ** is a very tough deal particularly for women who are trying to make it big in the industry without compromising their dignity. But despite of their efforts, female anchors are still treated as pretty dolls with more emphasis on their style and glamour value than the content they present. However I feel time has come now when women are standing for their standing for their respect. For instance, I was blown away by a Lebanese anchor, Rima Karaki who refused to take it and stand for her respect by calling “in this studio, I run the show”. I completely applaud her for her strong stance to deal human beings with mutual respect. Happy to see such vocal women around.
